Besides Arashi, my obsessions include folklore, children’s literature, zines, comics, D&D, stationery, musicals and fanfiction. My ichiban is Sakurai Sho. I have another blog in which I mostly write about books. Other JE groups I like are Kanjani8 (although I still love them, I don’t follow them as much now that my ichiban, Subaru, have left the group) and I’m starting to be into King & Prince.

I’m a Ravenclaw, I’m aro/ace, and enby. I mostly go by she/her/they/them pronouns (but am not really particular most of the time).

about this blog

I really don’t update this as often, because I don’t watch their shows that much these days. But I started this blog on typepad, as a way to record my attempt to watch all of Arashi no Shukudai-kun in chronological order. I have yet to get halfway through, and it’s been years since then. On occasion I’d blog on other Arashi shows, squee over CD and DVD announcements, or write about concerts/trips to Japan. At some point I moved this blog from Typepad to Blogger, but that didn’t last long because I had problems using the Blogger app, and logging into my account from my home computer. Then I moved to Weebly, but found that it wasn’t a very stable blogging platform even if it lets me customise more than wordpress’ free account, so now I’m on wordpress, hopefully for good. I will slowly move the posts from the other blogs here, but in the meantime all new posts will be posted here 🙂

I used to have a shared drama blog with my friends (now no longer updated) and the posts from that blog have been cross-posted here.

While I post screencaps when I’m talking about a show/drama/concert, I am neither a subber nor a raw file provider, and I will not entertain any requests to upload these files for others (since they’re not mine to upload!)

I include the sources of my videos at the bottom of each post, but since not all the subbers/raw providers want their names written in full, in some cases it would be just in initials. I try my best, but I may not always remember each group’s individual preferences, so if I’ve posted a screencap of your work and did not credit the way you prefer, or if you would like me to not post any screencaps at all, feel free to comment here.
